Shipping Policy

Shipping is done via United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently ship to the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International Shipping is not available at this time. Cosmetics are shipped in USPS flat rate boxes and all applicable fees and taxes apply. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or unfavorable weather. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received. Shipments can only be sent to the address used during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

For issues/concerns about your order, please email team@aboutfacebeauty.net within five (5) business days of receipt. Please include your order/receipt number. We will offer an alternative product exchange for unused items only. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
